Mattress by France Bed and Bedding by Daito Shingu

Bedding is meticulously selected for a comfortable sleep and a pleasant start to the morning.

We do not use the popular mainstream pocket coil mattress, but rather a unique high-density continuous spring mattress, which was developed uniquely for our hotel in collaboration with the long-established Japanese bed manufacturer, FranceBed. The high-density continuous spring mattress is relatively firm to touch because all coils are connected and therefore, there is not much sinking, which is similar to that of Japanese futon. In addition, since the coils move in various directions, it follows the movement of the body and has high load dispersion.

Duvets and pillows are original items developed in collaboration with a well-established bedding manufacturer in Kyoto. Light-weight feather quilt and pillow with 2 types of firmness provide sufficient heat retention and a light sleeping comfort. Sheets are made of original 100% cotton with high count yarn. As for the pillow cover that directly touches the face, it is made of satin fabric which is finer than the one used for our sheets and, while it has a smooth texture, is very refreshing to touch.
